Leadership Development and Community Engagement
Day 2 of the pre-summit began with a productive and engaging start, as participants kicked off the day with a presentation from their team leaders, who shared insights on leadership and community work. The session included interactive discussions that sparked valuable exchanges of ideas.
Next, the participants had the opportunity to present their own community work and project ideas, which they plan to continue developing even after the pre-summit. In a creative twist, the presentations took the form of a 'Talk with Sharks' session, where leaders acted as the sharks, and participants pitched their ideas. The sharks provided constructive feedback and asked thought-provoking questions, challenging the participants to think critically and respond with confidence.
The day continued with a series of team-building activities designed to strengthen leadership skills, boost confidence, and encourage collaboration. Many more brainstorming sessions followed, fostering creativity and empowering participants to think outside the box. It was a day full of learning, growth, and inspiration as the future leaders worked together to make a lasting impact."
