Strengthening Peace Through Partnership
We were honored to participate in the recent Legislative Peace (LP) Program Launch organized by our valued partner, IPYG, on June 21st at the National Library Auditorium in Colombo.
As a fellow organization based in the Gampaha District, we take great pride in being part of this powerful initiative aimed at promoting sustainable peace and ethical leadership across Sri Lanka.
This launch event marked a significant step forward in the collaborative journey toward peace, featuring impactful discussions and an inspiring session led by CIABOC Sri Lanka on “Ethical Leadership and Anti-Corruption in Youth Movements.” It was truly motivating to witness so many youth, educators, and civil society leaders coming together under a shared vision.
We deeply value our partnership with IPYG and look forward to working closely together to bring the values of the LP Program to life in the Gampaha District and beyond.
The event not only set a strong foundation but also reminded us that real change begins at the local level—with individuals and communities leading the way.
